偶在加纳办了个TIGO的无线上网卡,运营商四月开始网罗了很多客户,声称10万塞地包月(后确认那100只是网络租赁费,上网还要按字节收费),既可以打电话,又可以上网,但实际上网费按实际字节收取,不限时不限速,后来5月份运营商给客户发信说明推出好几种上网服务,有一个服务是每月40美元包月不限时不限速(我觉得这个还是比较好的),当时我没注意;其实我想要的服务是包月,不限时不限速,一次交清,呵呵,我花了100万塞地办了这个卡后有两个月没用,期间运营商都是按字节收费的,这段时间上的不多,到9月底时卡上还有23万塞地,但卡借给朋友后朋友上的很猛,以为是我想像的包月了,结果四五天上了450万塞地,我找客服中心一问吓坏了,其实我卡上只有100万塞地,按说我卡上没钱时服务商应该给我断掉,然后我去询问需要补办那些手续换套餐,可是它没有,这个卡一直透支直到450万塞地才停网,我是上不了网了才去问客服的,感觉很不爽,这种卡我以前办了4个,我把没有透支的那几个卡换了套餐,每月40美元,感觉可以,可是那个透支的卡客服想收那450万,我想写个投诉信,发给他们总部,
