not really,in opinion we can celebrat foreign holiday if we want,but there is one thing we need to under that we cannot have foreign holiday.if you want to celebrate foreign holiday you need to celebrate it in your space time.because different country have different holidays,our country could never celebrate foreign holiday,because of tradition.our trodition is different from other country,they celebrate because in that day is a important day of their country.for example,the dregon boat festival which is a holiday in china to commemorate a great poet of our country,Quyuan.i think the foreigner cannot celebrate this holidy in their contry,the same reason of us.
