As the development of science and technology ,our life has a giant change than what we were before.more and more people get rich ,so some people consider that the scientific advance mean social mprovement,others think not.I am in favor of the latter for the reasons below:first of all ,standard of the social improvement is not measured by scientific advance only,People's ideological,understanding and spiritual civilization are also the factors to measure social progress.in addition,the main factor that affect the social improvement is man not others.
in a word ,we shoud acknowledge that scientific advance plays a important role in the improvement of our society,but we should strengthen our spirits and our mind in order to get rid of the rotten and feudal ideas.
