Go up to the people behind the counter and ask them to find you medication for your symptoms. They are certified pharmacists who can make recommendations to you. For prescription drugs you'll need to see a doctor.
Your symptoms; without the itchy skin and further info, it sounds like that flu that's going around. People first start coughing, then get sinus congestion and start vomiting. But the skin is either completely separate or something you should ask a doctor about.
