关于对服务意识的理解,确实可能每个人都相尽不同,在对于我来说吧,服务意识就是一个人对服务（或是某一服务）的理解以及在理解该服务后所表现出来的一个自觉性行为.举个例子很容易去作解释,某人为一汽车的销售人员,那么对于所有关于汽车的人和事理论上应该都将与该销售员有一定的关系,如果有一客人前来咨询关于某汽车的维修问题时,如果该销售员意识不强时,可能只是考虑到客人咨询的是维修问题,与自己的工作是卖汽车的毫无关系,但如果从另一方面去想,其实这也是服务的一种体现!
