不光是Last，其他序数词都用To Do~
比如 I am the first to come to school
再比如；he is the third to finish the work.
而且一个句子不能有两个动词，Pays已经是一个了，再来一个就不对了谢谢，我觉得楼上的答案更易懂些，没有采纳你很抱歉...
