I'll hellp you improve your english
First step:
Read all the series of Harry Potter,if it's too hard try to find a english book that suits your level.Reading a book is the best and laziest way to improve your english,gradually you'll have stacks of knowledge on english grammar and the tense.e.g (past tense,present tense,future tense).
Second step:
Daily,you must write a Journal or Diary entry,write about your feelings (emotions),what you did throughout the day and even write about how you feel about other people.
Third step:
Practice speaking english with your friends!=)
After speaking awhile you'll be able to have a fluent understanding of speech.

“oral English” 而不是“spoken english”可见你对词汇的积累还是不够，我的意见是首先你应该大量积累常用词汇，并且不够熟练运用这些词汇，然后大声的说出来，不要有任何顾忌。就这样一直坚持，才能提高！...

楼上方法不错，其实学英语贵在坚持，在短期内提高是不太可能了，慢慢积累咯，我现在看美剧，精听，一天一集，口语发音表达听力可以全面提高，但是很辛苦，一集要听4，5个小时，有时候一句话看了原文还是怎么听都听不懂很打击人，但是积累还是比较可观的，一天可以记到日常表达40句左右，生词也有10几20个，我一定要坚持下去~...
