下面是我到那边学会，觉得很好用的
1. I'm good, thanks. 这句其实和No, thanks意思一样，但感觉更有礼貌。别人如果问你还想要什么不，你说不想要的时候用。比如：Q: Do you want some coffee? A: I'm good, thanks.
2. What are you having? 或 Do you have any recommendations? 这个是如果你去外国餐厅，又不太会点菜的话用。他会回答你他准备点些什么，你如果觉得挺好的就可以说 Cool, I'll just have what you are having then.
3. 如果是去中国餐厅外国人问你吃什么好，你可以说 If you like yyy, YYY is really good. 比如说： If you like chicken, Kong Pao Chicken（宫保鸡丁）is really good. 前面的If you like yyy是简单的礼貌一下。
4. I'd like to give a toast. 祝酒词. Cheers!
前面那句是说你想说祝酒词(英文是toast)。祝酒词可以随便说说：比如Here's to our friendship 或 Good luck to XXX on his/her YYY (祝XXX的YYY好运，例：祝John考试好运）。Cheers！（干杯！）
