我觉得,这道题的答案无非就是A和B有些另人困惑,但似乎用不定式的话有表示目的的含义,而建立工厂的目的应该不是制造商品(是获得最大利润),所以用现在分词(注意:不是动名词)表示状态,意思是该工厂从前到现在一直在制造商品.
